Pacific Rim Manamko Constructors Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Engineer for Pooling to support our dynamic team of skilled professionals working on US-based projects. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the pooling of materials and resources essential for large-scale engineering and construction endeavors. You will serve as the critical link between engineering specifications and procurement execution, ensuring that materials are allocated efficiently and delivered on schedule to meet the demands of our US clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for pooling materials, ensuring strict alignment with engineering specifications and project timelines.
- Coordinate with US-based project managers to interpret requirements and facilitate timely delivery of resources.
- Analyze market trends and vendor performance data to optimize sourcing strategies and reduce costs.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to local and international safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records and generate comprehensive reporting for stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable service conditions.
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and logistical challenges efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or construction engineering.
- Strong understanding of material pooling systems, logistics principles, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a US-client environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- High level of detail orientation with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
