As our Procurement Engineer, you will bridge the gap between strategic sourcing and operational excellence. You will manage complex supply chain workflows, negotiate with global suppliers, and optimize logistics processes to minimize downtime and maximize throughput. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from purchase requisition to final material delivery.
- Coordinate closely with production planning to ensure material allocation meets project timelines.
- Monitor supplier performance, conducting audits and reviews to maintain strict quality and cost standards.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline inbound and outbound supply chain movements.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Resolve supply chain bottlenecks and handle complex logistics issues to ensure zero production disruptions.
- Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to forecast inventory requirements and prevent stockouts.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or logistics, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of material planning (MRP) and inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and logistics data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage diverse vendor relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven manufacturing setting.
