Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of hardware components and OEM parts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical specifications into sourcing requirements.
- Conduct supplier audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stock shortages.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and logistics issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed procurement reports and strategic forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations within the manufacturing or hardware industry.
- Strong knowledge of OEM components, industrial hardware, and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid work pass eligibility for Singaporean employment.
