As a Procurement Engineer, you will serve as a vital link between our US-based project requirements and local/international supply chains. You will be responsible for end-to-end procurement cycles, ensuring cost-efficiency, quality compliance, and timely delivery of materials and equipment. We are looking for candidates who possess a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate the nuances of international procurement contracts.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials and equipment required for US-based construction projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, high-quality deliverables, and strict adherence to project timelines.
- Review engineering specifications and drawings to ensure accurate material procurement and cost estimation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of procurement contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance metrics.
- Collaborate with international project teams to identify supply chain risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and negotiate terms with stakeholders to maximize project profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with international standards, safety regulations, and project-specific procurement policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or project engineering.
- Demonstrated experience working with US-based clients or international engineering projects is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in technical reading of engineering plans and material specifications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Advanced knowledge of procurement software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
