We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team at Itmax System Berhad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier identification to contract negotiation and cost control. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining competitive pricing and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include conducting Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes, evaluating supplier proposals, negotiating contracts, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate procurement records, monitoring market trends, and identifying opportunities to optimize our supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with a strong background in supplier management and contract negotiations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. Kualifikasi

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of manufacturing or logistics industry is an advantage
