In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our production lines remain efficient through strategic sourcing and proactive supplier management.

You will navigate the complexities of global and local markets, negotiate favorable terms, and maintain strict compliance with company procurement policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize operational costs.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments, including production and finance, to ensure seamless workflows.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and purchase order documentation.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential cost savings and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in procurement, preferably within the manufacturing or precision engineering sector.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management principles.
