Samsung SDS, a global leader in digital transformation and IT solutions, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our dynamic supply chain team based in the West Region of Singapore. This is an exciting 1-year contract position, offering strong potential for extension or renewal based on outstanding performance and business needs.
As a key member of our procurement team, you will be instrumental in sourcing potential logistics vendors who meet our stringent requirements through diverse channels, including industry databases, trade exhibitions, and comprehensive market analysis. You will manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from Request for Quotation (RFQ) and tender processes to contract negotiation and ongoing vendor performance evaluation. Your strategic efforts will directly contribute to driving cost efficiency, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strict compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements within our supply chain.

Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate potential logistics vendors to meet business requirements through market research, industry networks, and databases.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle including RFQ, tender analysis, negotiations, and contract awarding.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor and assess supplier performance regularly to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and vendor databases for reporting and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Logistics, Warehousing, Operations, Finance) to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while proactively seeking cost optimization and process improvement opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the logistics, manufacturing, or IT industry.
- Proven track record in vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s logistics landscape and import/export regulations is an added advantage.
