Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier selection
- Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives for raw materials and services
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and drive continuous improvement
- Prepare procurement reports and budget forecasts for stakeholder review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor management experience
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Certification in CIPS or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics frameworks
