- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials and finished goods
- Manage supplier negotiations and contract agreements to optimize cost and quality
- Coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor supplier performance and build strategic vendor relationships
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to align procurement with market demands
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement or supply chain management experience
- Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor management success
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is advantageous
