Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, quotation evaluation, and purchase order processing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable supply chains
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve optimal cost savings and favorable terms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team to ensure uninterrupted material supply
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and emerging industry trends
- Process purchase requisitions and ensure compliance with company procurement policies
- Prepare reports on procurement performance, cost analysis, and supplier evaluations
- Collaborate with production planning team to align procurement schedules with manufacturing requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze pricing and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Malay
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
