Are you a detail-oriented supply chain professional with a passion for strategic sourcing? We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Procurement Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring that our manufacturing and project operations receive high-quality equipment, materials, and services at the most competitive market rates.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our operational efficiency by managing vendor relationships, optimizing costs, and ensuring seamless supply chain integration. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to secure materials and services at competitive pricing.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers while maintaining a comprehensive vendor database.
- Manage the full procurement cycle, from purchase requisition and order placement to delivery tracking and invoice verification.
- Ensure strict adherence to procurement policies, project timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to anticipate material requirements and avoid production bottlenecks.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors to maximize cost-savings without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems or procurement software is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for cost-benefit analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
