Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor selection to final delivery and payment.
- Negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable credit terms, and high-quality standards.
- Maintain and update the vendor database, conducting regular performance evaluations and audits to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the production and warehouse teams to forecast material requirements and prevent inventory shortages.
- Monitor market trends and raw material price fluctuations to identify potential cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately within the company's ERP system.
- Resolve disputes regarding quality issues, delivery delays, or pricing discrepancies with suppliers.
- Prepare monthly procurement reports and analysis for management review to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong understanding of supply chain workflows and inventory management principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
