Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve significant cost savings and continuous improvement in supplier performance.
- Manage the complete end-to-end procurement process, from initial requisition to purchase order issuance and final delivery, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Identify, evaluate, and rigorously qualify new suppliers, while simultaneously fostering strong, long-term, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing key vendors.
- Expertly negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the most favorable agreements and value for Hercules Engineering.
- Conduct thorough market research and insightful analysis to identify emerging trends, mitigate potential risks, and capitalize on new opportunities within the supply chain landscape.
- Proactively monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery, uncompromising quality compliance, and strict adherence to contractual obligations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders across departments (e.g., engineering, production, finance, logistics) to accurately understand material requirements and provide robust support for ongoing projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven, progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or strategic sourcing, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a track record of achieving quantifiable results.
- Proficiency in utilizing procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
- Sound knowledge of global supply chain principles, strategic sourcing methodologies, contract management, and import/export regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working both independently and as a collaborative team member.
