Cash Horse (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our growing team in Sandakan, Sabah. As a critical member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring that our manufacturing and logistics supply chain remains efficient, cost-effective, and fully optimized. Tanggung Jawab
- Evaluate and select reliable suppliers based on price, quality, selection, and delivery speed.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to maximize cost-efficiency and service levels.
- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and budget constraints.
- Monitor and forecast inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, ensuring seamless production flow.
- Conduct regular market research and price analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate price volatility.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and warehouse departments to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Review and resolve discrepancies regarding invoices, quality issues, or delivery delays with suppliers.
- Maintain and update a centralized database of supplier information and procurement records.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven working experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar capacity within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost-saving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Sandakan, Sabah.
