Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for various food ingredients and packaging materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to expand our vendor network and ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for money and favorable agreements.
- Manage existing supplier relationships, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering strong, collaborative partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, raw material prices, and supply chain risks to proactively inform procurement decisions.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, adhering to production schedules and quality specifications.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, and Finance departments to understand material requirements and support new product development.
- Implement and track cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements within the procurement process.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably within the food manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a track record of achieving cost savings.
- Proficiency in using procurement software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local and international supply chain regulations and best practices.
- Results-oriented with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
