Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select vendors to ensure the best quality materials and services at competitive prices.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize procurement costs.
- Process and issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner.
- Manage relationships with key vendors to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast material requirements.
- Conduct regular market research to identify alternative materials or cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports, including spend analysis and vendor performance reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with external partners.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed procurement decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
