Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end overseas sourcing activities including supplier identification, qualification, and performance evaluation
- Lead strategic negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Develop and maintain procurement budgets while ensuring cost efficiency and value optimization
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless material flow and inventory management
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting procurement strategies
- Implement and maintain supplier relationship management systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/engineering sector
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and cost structures
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
