Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order creation and delivery tracking.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors to ensure a consistent and high-quality supply of materials.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal cost savings and favorable conditions.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure all procurement activities strictly comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics, manufacturing, and finance departments to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and conduct spend analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a procurement, purchasing, or sourcing role, preferably within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of achieving cost savings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPIM) is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
