- Manage end-to-end global sourcing for manufacturing materials and components across international markets
- Develop and execute cost optimization strategies through supplier negotiations and contract management
- Implement quality assurance protocols for purchased goods to meet industry standards
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to inform procurement decisions
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management
- Maintain compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Lead supplier relationship management programs to enhance collaboration and innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software (Coupa, Ariba)
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Fluency in English with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics management
