- Collaborate with internal departments to define procurement requirements and technical specifications
- Research and evaluate market trends to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with approved vendors and suppliers
- Prepare and negotiate contracts ensuring favorable terms and compliance
- Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate vendor databases
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery of critical supplies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in healthcare or public sector
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Knowledge of Singaporean healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
