As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, components, and services essential to our manufacturing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for materials and components required in semiconductor manufacturing
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet production requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock turnover
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in the procurement process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand material specifications and requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a focus on cost optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS) is an advantage
