We're seeking a results-driven Procurement Executive to manage the entire procurement lifecycle for machinery, production materials, and operational supplies. Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end procurement management of machinery, production materials, and operational supplies
- Strategic vendor sourcing, evaluation, and relationship management
- Negotiation of contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers
- Market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging trends
- Collaboration with production and operations teams to forecast procurement needs
- Inventory management and optimization of procurement workflows
- Compliance with procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards
- Performance tracking of key procurement metrics and supplier KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (due to supplier diversity)
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics
