Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management
- Analyze market trends and conduct cost-benefit analysis for procurement decisions
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships through regular communication and performance reviews
- Manage procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement KPIs to optimize supply chain efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or logistics sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of cost reduction
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
