Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality suppliers and vendors for raw materials and components.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order process, from requisition to final delivery and payment verification.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess carrying costs.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to understand material requirements and lead times.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation within the ERP system.
- Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to mitigate supply chain risks.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP software.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex supply chain problems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems and manufacturing standards.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage for vendor communication.
