As one of the fastest-growing food brand startups, we are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our supply chain remains robust, efficient, and cost-effective.
As a Procurement Executive at Pop Meals, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality ingredients and materials at competitive rates. You will manage the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying potential suppliers and negotiating contracts to overseeing delivery schedules and ensuring compliance with our strict quality standards. Your work directly impacts our ability to deliver delicious meals to our customers efficiently while maintaining the highest level of service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best materials and pricing for Pop Meals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to forecast inventory needs and prevent stockouts.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and audits.
- Assist in the development of procurement policies and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of local and international sourcing practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
