- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials and production equipment
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal terms
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of quality materials
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure adequate supply
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- Experience in the manufacturing or food industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is an advantage
