Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery tracking.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and reliability for business operations.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to optimize cost-savings.
- Maintain and update the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and conduct periodic performance reviews of key suppliers.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages or delays.
- Prepare accurate procurement reports, analysis, and spend tracking for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing roles.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s procurement market dynamics and supply chain best practices.
