- Oversee full-cycle procurement process from requisition to payment
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal terms
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations for goods/services
- Manage logistics coordination for operational/lorry goods transportation
- Implement cost-saving strategies through price analysis and vendor consolidation
- Maintain procurement documentation and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with operations team for seamless goods delivery scheduling
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in logistics/manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data analysis)
- Proven negotiation skills with supplier contract management experience
- Valid driving license with experience in operational/lorry goods handling
- Strong analytical abilities for cost-benefit analysis and supplier performance metrics
- Familiarity with ERP procurement systems and e-procurement platforms
