In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our purchasing operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining the high standards of our entertainment-sector supply chain.

You will be responsible for end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor sourcing and contract negotiation to ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, RFQs, and purchase order processing.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing vendors while actively sourcing new suppliers to improve service levels.
- Conduct regular market research to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality procurement standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to assess procurement requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels and track supply chain performance metrics.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Resolve supply discrepancies, delivery issues, or quality control concerns with vendors promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence vendor pricing and terms.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and procurement management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and manage deadlines effectively.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics in vendor management.
