- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers for manufacturing and logistics requirements
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize cost and value
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define procurement specifications
- Implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Track and analyze procurement data for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualifications preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore procurement regulations
- Proven track record in cost reduction initiatives
