Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, requisitioning, purchasing, and delivery verification.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value for money and quality.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements and deliver tailored procurement solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all procurement activities and generate performance reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with external vendors.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or advanced MS Excel skills is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Malaysian citizenship or valid work permit is required.
