- Establish and foster strategic vendor relationships to optimize supply chain performance
- Develop and implement risk assessment and mitigation plans for critical vendors
- Identify, document, and escalate potential business risks to senior management
- Monitor vendor performance metrics and contractual compliance
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies
- Manage procurement processes from sourcing to contract negotiation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement/supply chain experience
- Strong analytical skills with risk assessment expertise
- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office suite
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Proven track record in vendor risk mitigation strategies
