Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, from issuing Purchase Orders (PO) to verifying goods receipt.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and terms with suppliers to maximize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing vendors while actively sourcing new, reliable suppliers.
- Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to company policies, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide insights for cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports for management review regarding spending, vendor performance, and lead times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably within a manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ethics and integrity in managing vendor contracts and financial documents.
