Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying needs to receiving and verifying medical instruments and consumables.
- Sourcing and selecting reliable suppliers, conducting market research, and evaluating vendor performance to ensure quality standards.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Analyze procurement data and market trends to recommend strategic improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant medical regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare regular reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably within the medical, healthcare, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical devices, equipment, and hospital consumables.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
