Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management
- Conduct market research and cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
- Implement procurement policies and ensure compliance with company standards
- Analyze supplier performance data and optimize vendor relationships
- Collaborate with departments to forecast procurement needs and align with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience in F&B or manufacturing sector
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of Malaysian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese)
