Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for raw materials and logistics services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to optimize cost and quality
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics across the supply chain
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
- Monitor inventory levels and lead time for efficient supply chain management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
