Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full procurement cycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to order placement and delivery tracking.
- Conduct market research and vendor evaluations to identify cost-effective solutions and strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and inventory logs within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand project requirements and ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Resolve procurement-related issues and provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare financial reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with external vendors.
- Valid Singapore work pass and the ability to work in Sembawang Central.
- Proactive problem-solver with a high level of attention to detail.
