Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for aerospace materials, parts, and services.
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to optimize procurement strategies.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including engineering and production teams, to identify procurement needs.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier relationships.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain within the aerospace or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, sourcing strategies, and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is an advantage.
