As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for vendor management, material procurement, and production scheduling. Your ability to bridge the gap between suppliers and internal production needs will be crucial. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable in a fast-paced setting and possesses strong communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely arrival of materials.
- Identify and negotiate with potential vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure operational efficiency and meet customer demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment plans to prevent stock-outs or overstock scenarios.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including Finance, Logistics, and Production to resolve supply discrepancies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all procurement activities and supplier performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, buying, or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Mandarin proficiency is mandatory for this role to manage vendor communications effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of inventory control methods and supply chain best practices.
