About the Role
As a vital member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of purchasing activities. From managing the daily flow of Purchase Orders and handling Request for Quotations (RFQs) for a variety of electronic components and raw materials, to strategically negotiating contracts and building long-term partnerships with key suppliers. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure accurate delivery tracking and prompt resolution of any logistics or quality issues, directly supporting the manufacturing schedule.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of procurement activities including PR to PO conversion, RFQ issuance, and bid analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a global network of suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service.
- Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and manage delivery schedules to meet production demands.
- Track and expedite inbound shipments, proactively resolving any supply chain discrepancies or delays.
- Collaborate with the inventory and planning teams to optimize stock levels and reduce obsolete inventory.
- Support cost reduction initiatives by identifying alternative sourcing opportunities and negotiating favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Buyer, Procurement Executive, or Supply Chain Coordinator within the electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
