Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end material procurement for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization
- Manage supplier quotations and conduct comprehensive price evaluations across multiple vendors
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, conditions, and pricing agreements
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to align procurement strategies with project timelines and specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience in the construction or heavy industry sector
- Proven track record in supplier management, contract negotiation, and price analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate complex quotations and market data
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of Malaysian procurement regulations and construction industry standards
