In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational success, ensuring that our construction projects are supplied with high-quality materials on time and within budget.
As our Procurement Executive, you will manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from identifying reliable vendors to negotiating favorable contract terms. You will work closely with project managers and site supervisors to forecast material requirements, mitigate supply chain risks, and maintain cost-effectiveness across all procurement activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, tools, and heavy equipment.
- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with a diverse network of reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct rigorous price benchmarking and negotiations to ensure competitive market rates and cost savings.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate material forecasting and timely delivery schedules to avoid project delays.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records, including purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoice verification.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement cycles to prevent overstocking or site shortages.
- Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to project budgets and company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and construction management software/ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle tight project deadlines.
- Strong command of English to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
