As our Procurement Executive, you will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, from sourcing and vendor negotiation to contract management and inventory oversight. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for F&B supplies, including sourcing, requisition, and purchase order processing.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors, conducting price benchmarking to ensure competitive costs without compromising quality.
- Negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) and supply contracts to optimize company margins.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and lounge management to forecast demand and prevent supply shortages.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure all deliveries meet food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, records, and compliance reports as per company policy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency in the supply chain.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or travel retail sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost saving and vendor relationship management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems or procurement software is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure airport environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
