Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Procurement Manager in day-to-day procurement activities for F&B products
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers while ensuring quality standards are met
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to optimize cost-efficiency
- Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages
- Analyze market trends and recommend procurement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Good understanding of supply chain management principles
