Haitian Machinery (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Procurement Executive / Manager to join our dynamic team in Senai, Johor. As a leading player in the injection molding industry, we are committed to delivering top-tier machinery and technical services. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the sourcing and procurement of critical assets, including injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, spare parts, and technical services. You will be responsible for ensuring our supply chain is robust, cost-effective, and aligned with our production goals.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize inventory levels. If you have a strong background in industrial procurement and a passion for manufacturing excellence, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and purchasing injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and specialized spare parts to meet production demands.
- Managing and maintaining relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to maximize cost savings for the company.
- Monitoring inventory levels of critical spare parts and raw materials to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Conducting market research to identify new vendors, technologies, and industry trends relevant to injection molding.
- Collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to forecast material requirements accurately.
- Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within the manufacturing or machinery industry.
- Strong working knowledge of injection molding machinery, auxiliary equipment, and industrial spare parts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or advanced MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license is an added advantage for site visits and supplier meetings.
