As a Procurement Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and services, balancing cost-efficiency with quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including issuing Purchase Orders (PO), tracking deliveries, and resolving shipment discrepancies.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality consistency, and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and procurement documentation within the ERP system.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide insights for cost-saving initiatives and strategic sourcing decisions.
- Collaborate closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
- Manage vendor relationships, including conducting performance reviews and negotiating contract terms.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and ISO standards within the manufacturing facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle high-volume documentation with precision.
- Resilient, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
