Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure optimal cost and quality for manufacturing materials
- Develop and negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in the supply chain
- Manage procurement budgets and track KPIs for performance analysis
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to align procurement strategies
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical sourcing, and sustainability standards
- Implement and maintain supplier relationship management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of vendor management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics management
- Excellent analytical abilities for cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills
