Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and quality assurance
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory optimization
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain procurement documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with category managers on product specification requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement/sourcing experience in retail/manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Certification in CIPS or similar procurement qualification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
