ACExcellent Consulting is seeking a dynamic Procurement Executive to join our team in the Central Region. In this role, you will be the backbone of our procurement operations, ensuring that mission-critical equipment, parts, and materials reach our offshore projects efficiently and cost-effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, RFQ/RFP preparation, and contract negotiation.
- Liaise with offshore vessel operators and internal technical teams to identify equipment requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely clearance and delivery of marine-grade parts and supplies.
- Maintain an accurate inventory database and conduct regular spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve supply chain discrepancies and address urgent procurement requests for offshore operations.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with a global network of maritime suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within the marine or offshore oil & gas industry.
- Strong understanding of marine equipment, technical specifications, and international shipping incoterms.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and cost management.
