As a key member of our procurement team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop strategic procurement plans. Your expertise in indirect procurement will be instrumental in streamlining operations and driving continuous improvement across our procurement processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end P2P procurement processes for the China market
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers for indirect procurement needs
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize costs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with focus on P2P and indirect procurement
- Proven experience in managing procurement processes for the China market
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is a plus
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required
